About the Framed Print
A framed print is the shortest distance between a memory and a finished wall. We print your star map on heavyweight fine-art paper, mount it, and fit it into a solid wood moulding by hand — so what lands on your doorstep is the finished article, not a project.
Choose black for contrast against a light wall, white to let a dark sky sit quietly, or natural oak when the room already has wood in it. Each frame is cut to the print rather than the other way around, so the margins stay even on every size we offer.

Before You Order
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. The print is mounted, glazed and the hanging hooks are already fitted to the back. You only need a nail or picture hook in the wall.
Which frame colour should I choose?
Black gives the most contrast and suits lighter walls. White keeps a dark sky quiet and works in minimal rooms. Oak is the softest option and sits well where there is already wood in the room.
Is the glazing real glass?
We use shatter-resistant acrylic rather than glass. It is optically very close, considerably lighter on the wall, and survives shipping far better.
Can I frame it myself instead?
If you would rather choose your own frame, order the Poster instead — the same star map on fine-art matte paper, shipped rolled, at a lower price.
